Shield Electrical Services are based locally in Swindon providing our services in The South West and along the M4 Corridor. We believe that our employees are some of the most experienced and well qualified Electricians and trainees in the area. (All our employees are members of the Electrotechnical Clarification Scheme and carry a copy of the appropriate ECS Card)

Shield Electrical Services was founded by John Salter in 1996. John has over 40 years experience across all sectors of the electrical industry and understands the high standards that are demanded of today’s workplace. Our accreditations from SAFECONTRACTOR, CHAS,TRUSTMARK, REFCOM, F-GAS Certified and NICEIC reflect our commitment to the services we provide. We are also working towards ISO 9001 certification.

We currently operate and maintain a Health and Safety Policy as well as an Environmental and Waste Management system. All projects managed by us have a job specific Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) signed off by our Health & Safety Advisor and the Client before commencement of the project.

Shield have a wide range of customers and can deliver M&E project solutions as required.   Our customers range from the Public to Private sector and include Science & Technology Facilities, Council and Local authorities to Schools/Academies, Building Contractors, Large Industrial Companies and Hotels.
