About Us
Shield Electrical Services Ltd was founded by John Salter in June 1996 having worked in the electrical industry since 1977.
Over the years, John has expanded and developed the business, creating a professional team of qualified engineers and tradesmen who offer expert electrical services across a number of industry sectors. More recently, we have added air conditioning installations and maintenance services to our portfolio, all of which is offered with professional indemnity ‘PI’ as standard.
Where are we
We are based in Swindon, providing services across the South West and along the M4 corridor. With some of the best qualified electricians and trainees in the area and, with accreditations from Safe Contractor, NICEIC, TrustMark and REFCOM, we are fully qualified to meet the high standards demanded in today’s workplace. In addition, all our employees are members of the Electrotechnical Clarification Scheme and carry a copy of the appropriate ECS Card.
Our Customers
Our customers range from councils and local authorities to schools, hotels and large industrial companies, with client testimonials available upon request. We also partner with other professional service providers and tradesmen to craft bespoke building services for sundry projects.
